The title of Wife is such a small word for the huge subtitles that fit underneath it. One of which is Cheerleader. I didn’t realize what an important role it was to be the cheerleader in Chris’ life until several years into our marriage. I’m kind of a blunt girl and I figured I was doing him favors by telling him the harsh truth rather than sugar coating my words.
But I was wrong.
He needs me to do a lot of cheering. To say stuff like, “I know you can do this” or “I believe in you” even when I’m not sure if I believe it myself yet.
Sometimes those encouraging words are what gives him that extra push to cross the finish line.
And he crossed one today.
Today he completed the set-up of his business web site.
He did all the actual work, but I’m exhausted with all the cheering.
And the fact that I don’t look so great in that short skirt anymore.
So will you go check it out and then come back here and leave a comment for him?
Then maybe I’ll have a chance to recuperate before the next round.

fiduciary- I learned a new word! The website looks great- it is attractive and gave enough info. I get really annoyed when I go check out websites and they don't have enough information on them!
