I love to bake bread - I make all of our bread - even this summer! Is that sick or what!? But nobody in my house likes storebought bread anymore. Geesh - I'm not trying anything new anymore. After a year of bread baking - I'm worn out!
Very impressive!! Your pictures look so good that you inspired me to bake an apple pie last night. Now I find myself contemplating homemade bread...you're going to ruin my diet, Gayle. ;-)
You make me want to get my whisper mill out and grind some wheat...yummmmmmmmyyyyyyy! I love homemade bread...I froze some tomatoes (my idea of canning because I don't have a canner ;))
Don't you wish we lived int he day of putting up our harvest with a bunch of ladies and going to each others house to help out. That would be so fun. I'm coveting your bounty! We have tomatoes in the garden but I am afraid they are not going to ripen with the colder weather. They are all green and turning red very slowly. I was hoping to get a few cans on the pantry this year. Susan
Oh man, you've got it bad! I'm waiting for the pics of you in a bonnett! I'm going to have to change your blog category from funny blogs I read to Miss Suzy Homemaker blogs I read. Oh wait...I don't have any of those on my list!
A mid 30's woman trying to balance marriage, faith, homeschooling 4 kids, mountains of dirty laundry and a serious chocolate addiction. Ok, well maybe it's more like upper 30's but it's still the 30's, dangit!
