Pancakes & Play Dough

While Emily is off with her oldest daughter getting Botox today. (Yep, that’s what I said, BOTOX. Oh, just follow the link.) I have been in the entertainment business. Entertaining 7 kids, that is.

We started with enough pancakes to feed the Seattle Seahawks.

For the most part, they entertain themselves. But for a few in the ranks, it wasn’t long before they were whining, “I’m Bored.” So I whipped out my tried and true Play Dough recipe and now……peace and quiet….and a few happy giggles.

I’m off to hit the showers and brace myself for when Em gets back and we say our final goodbyes before she drives off into the sunset with Desert Jim! (She’s moving to Arizona in just a few days.)

Oh, and check back soon for a little somethin’ special we cooked up for our friend Cindy.

And Cindy…..haven’t you learned not to bait us yet? We almost wet our pants coming up with our next GIFT to you!

I don't know whether to be scared, honored, or touched. I'm leaning towards scared.

But I don't know WHAT you could mean that I would bait you. I am a sweet, innocent pastor's wife, remember?
