Ok, so in light of yesterdays post and comments I’m going with the card folks.
And just to clear my name (psycho-ex-girlfriend-who-just-can’t-let-it-go) I’d like to add that my dilemma was that my life is still intertwined with his extended family…
Cousins are babysitters
Aunt is a talk-on-phone and meet-for-lunch kind of friend
I’m still invited to weddings and graduations
His local family is a part of mine and Chris’s extended church family.
I think I left out those important details.
Just so you know I’m not psycho?

Well, you don't sound pyscho to me at all, but maybe I am psycho too, which would not make me a good judge. Seriously, I have no advice as I don't know the particulars- a card is certainly appropriate though.
I didn't think you were psycho -
And if you are still connected to the family like that - it might be rude and hurtful for you not to go!
Best wishes making your decision.
Yeah, I know ya personally, and like, psycho isn't a term I would use to describe you....
A card is appropriate.
It won't be hurtful and rude if you don't go.
And you deserve the luv!!!
