Whose Child Is That?

My three older kids have been camping with their Grandma this week and so we have the joy of being the only entertainment for our lively and daring three year old.

I’m pooped!

I REALLY admire those of you with only one child. I forgot how much work it was to be the sole companion and plaything of a wild little boy midget.

This morning after I made only a double batch of pancakes rather than a quadruple batch, Gabe was asked to clean off the table. Chris and I left the room for a moment and this is what we found.

Yeah, he was cleaning off the table…..while standing on it and wiping the table with a Clorox wipe under his foot.

Isn’t he the picture of obedience?

My oldest girl (8) just checked out this post and giggled and said "Well, at least he minds". HA!

If you ever get tired that scrumptious boy, send him my way. I could really use:
1-a boy
2-a preschooler
3-my tables cleaned

Man, he would fit in perfectly around here. I am so glad you got a shot of that- hilarious! He looks like he is doing it with such style too. Maybe I will try that today... might be hard for me to take a pic at the same time though!

I couldn't agree more - I am always being asked how I do it with 4 kiddos - it's really much easier than one!
Love the picture - too cute - who says chores have to be boring?! ( :

Yep! I'd rather have 4 than 1 myself too! You know in the days before blogs, we didn't take pictures of such things because we didn't want to encourage such behavior. I'm just sayin'! ;)
(He's awful cute though! and the table definately seems sturdy enough).

P.S. I think this would have made a great Works for Me post too! :)

He is a creative child! He'll do what you ask him to, but in his own unique way. Nothing wrong with that!

Has he seen his mom doing this before????
